Jordy Mercer slammed 2 homeruns at Rogers Centre '13 where the PonceDeLeon
Crackers beat the Lansdale Red Beards 4 4 to 3.
Mercer provided much of the offense. He lined a single in the 1st inning,
lofted a solo-blast 'downtown' in the 5th inning and cracked a solo homerun
(his 6th of the season) in the 9th inning. PonceDeLeon had a total of 9 hits
for the game.
C.J. Wilson(3-8) got credit for the victory, pitching 7 innings and allowing 2
runs. Greg Holland was credited with his 16th save. The loss was charged to
Justin Wilson(3-3) in relief.
