Left fielder Brian Bogusevic had 2 base hits as the Fresno Bulls defeated the
Killer Rabbits of Caerbannog by the score of 7 to 6 at Wrigley Field
'13.
Doug Fister(9-8) contributed a pedestrian performance to earn the win. He
allowed 6 hits and 4 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings. Killer Rabbits was retired
without difficulty in the 9th.
Fister got relief help from Greg Holland who gained credit for his 30th save.
Matt Garza(0-4) was tagged with the loss. He was unable to control the
Fresno offense and allowed 5 hits and 2 walks in 2 and 1/3 innings.
The Fresno ballclub's record now stands at 65-65. With this loss, Killer
Rabbits has a 5-5 record of late, 54-76 overall.
