At Dodger Stadium '13 the Killer Rabbits of Caerbannog were able to stop their
6 game losing streak and easily handled the struggling PonceDeLeon Crackers
by the score of 5 to 1.
Killer Rabbits brought 3 runs across the plate in the 5th inning when they had
3 base hits. They would prove to be the difference in the contest. Overall
Killer Rabbits out-hit PonceDeLeon 9 to 5.
Miguel Gonzalez(4-5) went 5 and 2/3 innings allowing no runs for the win.
Gonzalez was helped out by Mariano Rivera who recorded his 23rd save. Jose
Fernandez(17-9) ended up with the loss. He surrendered 6 hits and 5 walks in
6 and 1/3 innings.
