Rodriguez had a big day at the plate. He stroked a single in the 2nd inning,
smashed a two-run homer in the 6th inning, popped a two-run clout over the
fence (his 2nd of the season) in the 7th inning and delivered a base-hit in
the 9th inning. Y Tu Mama finished with 18 hits while BS1 Brookfield ended
up with 10.
The win went to Jack Pfiester(1-0) who allowed 5 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings.
Dizzy Dean(0-1) was charged with the loss. He served up 3 homeruns in his 6
and 1/3 innings.
Rodriguez was jubilant after the game 'Let me see a box-score' he joked, 'I
