George Foster ripped 2 homeruns and had 7 RBI as the Y Tu Mama Tambien crushed
the Poosey Ridge Ridgerunners 19 to 8.
Foster had a great day at the plate. He had the crowd cheering his every move.
He lost the ball over the fence for three runs in the 1st inning, stroked a
single plating two runs in the 2nd inning, bombed a two-run dinger (his 32nd
of the season) in the 7th inning and stroked a base-hit in the 8th inning. Y
Tu Mama provided plenty of action in the 1st inning which saw them plate 5
runs on 4 hits, the 2nd inning when they had 5 runs on 3 hits and the 7th
inning with 5 runs on 7 hits. For the game Y Tu Mama out-hit Poosey Ridge 20
to 13.
Billy Wagner(4-1) was the winner allowing no runs in 4 innings. J.R.
