In a one-sided affair the Y Tu Mama Tambien batters pounded the Cerebral
Snotknockers pitchers for 11 runs while Guy Hecker(1-1), with relief help
from John Franco, surrendered 2 runs to Cerebral.
It was a good day for Y Tu Mama thanks to George Foster. He stroked a single
in the 1st inning and blasted a two-run home run (his 3rd of the season) in
the 3rd inning. Y Tu Mama had many opportunities throughout the game and
scored in 6 separate innings.
Hecker was helped out by Franco who recorded his 1st save. Tom Hall(0-2) was
the loser. He served up 3 homeruns in his 5 innings.
