In a good matchup it was the Baratheon Stags 5, the Its Now Or Never 3 at Polo Grounds '41.

Hank Greenberg had a big day at the plate. He smashed a solo-shot out of the park (his 12th of the season) in the 7th inning and doubled clearing the bases in the 8th inning. Despite losing, Its Now Or out-hit Baratheon 11 to 7.

Luis Arroyo(2-1) allowed no runs in 1 and 1/3 innings, and picked up the victory. Rob Dibble earned the save, his 6th. Pete Alexander(4-3) was hit with the loss.
